Random exercise question: what exercises do you do to get your V-Line so cut? by fr3akyd

Not random at all lol it’s actually very common, if not the most common question I get. Honestly, I didn’t focus on that area of my body when I started training. It really boils down to a clean diet and low body fat percentage. You can do all the ab workouts you want, but if your diet isn’t clean, the layers of fat covering your abs aren’t gonna go anywhere. As for ab workouts, I do:

-ball sit ups/crunches

-leg lifts/hanging leg lifts

-medicine ball twists (side to side with a medicine ball)

-planks/elevated planks

-ab machines at the gym

Work out your entire core, but try focusing on your lower abs more if you are looking for that v-cut
