I have the best willpower but on my "cheat day" i go wild and binge like there's no tmrw. i cant deprive myself or else that happens. i recently have been allowing myself to have what i want but in moderation like if i want a cookie ill only eat one. do you think i could still loose weight while trying out this new strategy? by sweeetnothingsss
If anything, it will help you lose weight. Depriving yourself will make you go crazy, so you are right, everything in moderation. Some days, eat clean throughout the entire day. Then allow yourself a little cheat every few days. Make sure that you are working hard so you earn those cheats and don’t feel guilty for having them. Since you are aware that you go wild and binge, don’t let that slide. Fix that issue! =) Remember, no cheat DAYS, only cheat MEALS.
