i literally only lost 10lbs in 5 months! and gained it back plus more within a couple weeks because i lost motivation. how do you keep your motivation going? by sweeetnothingsss
If you really want something, that should be motivation enough. People telling me I can’t or seeing little progress in my body each week is my motivation. And NEVER let a set-back like gaining the weight back make you stop working toward your goal. Get back up and keep going.
