what type of cardio do you do and do you have certain diet you go by? by staytentoesdown
When I was trying to lose a lot of weight, I did high intense interval training, so I was doing sprints combined with rest periods of just steady pace jogging. Now, I power walk with a medium incline for about 30-45 minutes so I am not risking burning muscle. No diet, just clean eating =)
